Middle School
Welcome to the Middle School, the period of education that takes your child from beyond their formative early national curriculum years into the developmental stage as they gain opportunities to apply more rigorously essential skills such as reading across the curriculum.
At the end of Year 4 your child will be assessed against the national multiplication test benchmark online test.
The children develop in independence, supported through our personal development programme towards the Archbishop of York Award. They also undertake a residential with Active Hope.
Each child has access to personalised online learning through our Google Classroom with added applications of Reading Plus, RM Easi Maths and (Maths) and Purple Mash (Foundation Subject Support).
Ms Warner is the Head of Middle School. Should you have any queries please contact your child's classteacher, one of the Lower School teaching team or Ms Warner.
