Middle School

Welcome to the Middle School, the period of education that takes your child from beyond their formative early national curriculum years into the developmental stage as they gain opportunities to apply more rigorously essential skills such as reading across the curriculum.

At the end of Year 3 and Year 4 your child will be assessed against the benchmarks based on national research.  The children develop in independence, supported through our personal development programme towards the Archbishop of York Award.

Mr Michael Cummins is the Head of Middle School.  Should you have any queries please contact your child's classteacher, one of the Lower School teaching team or Mr Cummins.
