Warrington Town Football Manager Inspires League Winners!

Nationally acclaimed Warrington Town Football Manager, Shaun Reid, today addressed pupils and parents as he presented the football team members with awards from winning the Warrington Football League.

Proud parents and child listened as Shaun inspired the  talented team onto further football success as he presented a trophy and medals for all the team members.

Before coming Shaun posted on his facebook:

'How honoured am I. Been invited to St Margaret's school on Thursday morning. To a special assembly/ presentation. To give out awards to the football team , for there amazing league trophy win . ⚽

The school's football manager, Mr Bulger commented:

'It was a great honour to have Shaun Reid come to St Margaret's to present our
awards. Having such a prestigious manager and player to meet our players has inspired them to even further football success.' Mr Stephen Bulger (Football Manager).

The children have had a successful year were they won 9 games and were only defeated once. Our Player of the Year was Dylon Braddish an excellent Goal-Keeper but he also netted 9 goals too (when we allowed him out of his net!!!). Our Joint top goalscorers were Callum Cragg & Lewis Dunn both scoring 11 goals.
